the </div> <div> GENERALSTAFF </div> <div> Constitution/Directive </div> <bR> <div> General***** Function: noun</div> <div> Date: 14th century</div> <div> 1 : something (as a concept, principle, or statement) that involves or is applicable to the whole </div> <bR> <div> Staff****** a : the officers chiefly responsible for the internal operations of an institution or business</div> <div> b : a group</div> <div> of officers appointed to assist a civil executive or commanding officer </div> <bR> <div> The GENERALSTAFF will consist of Three{3} commanding officers and Three{3} of lower rank in total.</div> <bR> <div> 6 NERV members will consist of the generalstaff. and or as it grows, this will vary</div> <div> and change over time </div> <bR> <div> The roll of the generalstaff assume and help Lord Gaberial with the the general functions of nerv.{with the exception of the Nerv Internal Police} NIP and that of Nerv Intellelligence. In EM situations when Lord Gabeia; cann not be present, the General Staff will assume command as such and govern the fleet.</div> <bR> <div> NIP is a state police for lord goury to protect the fleet and his regime, untouchable by the general staff and answers only to Lord Goury. As well as Nerv Itelligence is will, But InTell will work along with that of the general staff and have that of repensentaion on that of the Generalstaff council.</div> <bR> <div> Seconlly2nd the staff will assume all operations from 1st creating all regional and or district commanders, as fars that go`s ,training and recruiting the LT`s CAPT`s, we need a high ranking command structure that will show as a great visual of success ...on this note i`m working on the secter to general like state to federal </div> <div> FEDERAL NERV in now being introduced in our fleet ....of course rank is earned.</div> <bR> <div> 3rd the staff will include all military, all diplomatic including intelligence ops.</div> <div> the 3 will be essential to work together.</div> <div> now there will be 1 officer incharge of the generalstaff this officer will be the {general}.</div> <div> rank titled the {GENERALIZER} the generalizer will assume absolute 2nd in command to GOURY of NERV</div> <div> and full command of the generalstaff this is all to ease GOURY`s work load with day to day ops.</div> <div> the rank of GENERALIZER will rotate between the higher staff members the 3 .</div> <div> when GOURY appoints the genrealizer and sets the schedule of rotation.</div> <div> the 3 lower rank members will be apprentices to learn and be able to take command</div> <div> when it is OK `ed by generlizer and goury. but are full generalstaff members in the assigned position </div> <div> a team effort i assure!</div> <div> Now the 3 Sir members are: </div> <div> NERV ADMIRAL JIM.......chief of strategic operations.</div> <div> NERV{R}Senator Thorn.......chief of interplanetary </div> <div> affairs.</div> <div> NERV SC- Neitchean......sector commander.</div> <bR> <div> The 3 junior members will be:</div> <div> NERV sen-LT too much .ambassador.
