The commanding officer shall immediately thereafter forward the accusation to NiP  cpmmand  or  directly  to  the  general  staff.  In  case  there  is  a  mismicondut  in  the  Nip  or  that   of  In tell  should  be  brought  in  the  attention  of the  general  stff.  If  the misconduct  happens in the  general staff  should  be  reportrd   to Lord  oury  Gaberial.</div> <bR> </td> </tr></table></body>
