Regulation VII - Court Marshals [CM]
Court Marshals are serious mater and are not taken lightly, and with those that have the ability to exercise that power should use that of the proper guide lines for issuing that of a court marshall.
Suffient evidence has to be given on that of any person or person to warret a court marshall. With out it your just waisting are time in the NIP and that of intelligence
Officers with that of the rank of above captain could issue a warrent for a court Marshall. Not carry out a court marshall.
The warrent must be delivered to that of Lord Gaberial on Borad the Argo / Nerv moble HQ or to that of the general staff. Matter should not be taken in to your own hands.
If your a member of the General Staff or that of a XO of it. You still have to file/ issue your warret to NIP/ General Staf or Gaberial so it may be reviewed and approve or rejected.
Your personal feelings should not relevant. In fact they are irrelevant, the only thing that is are the facts in the case
If the warrent is approved, it will be issuse for the subject and they will soon be put to trial. The issuer is usual that of NIP aka NERV INTERNAL POLICE.
Court marshalls and warrents are not to be issue over that over the comm or on that of the forum.
Messages will be issue over the public channels after it is over. Trying to Court Marshall someone because you do not like someone or there not the proper person in your eyes.
