Misconduct on the part of a Nerv officer shall be made promptly in writing to the immediate commanding officer of the accusing officer. The commanding officer shall immediately thereafter forward the accusation to NiP cpmmand or directly to the general staff. In case there is a mismicondut in the Nip or that of In tell should be brought in the attention of the general stff.
